Step 1 - Requirements:

After you have submitted a quote we gather facts. Our team of professionals communicate to discover the best methods, inclusions, requirements, scripting, and the time involved to complete the project. This may include revisiting with you, the client, in order that we are clear as to our objectives. Once we have concluded the needs for the project we share all of the details with you so that you understand the time and costs involved.

Step 2 - Agreement:

With every project we provide a standard agreement with details of your project, pricing, and our signature. All projects require a 50% down-payment in order to move forward. Once that agreement is signed and returned with the initial payment we begin development on our servers.

Step 3 - Design Draft:

This step is where we submit to you a design draft for your approval. If you have something you would like changed or edited, this phase is the time for any changes to take place.

Step 4 - Revisions:

If there were edits or changes in "Step 3", this phase is where we would re-submit the changes for your approval. If there were no changes to make, or you approve the revisions, we move forward. We will re-sumit our revisions for your approval before moving forward.

Step 5 - Completion:

All of the information we were provided has been implemented and the project is completed. Content is up to each individual client to include. However, if, at the time of the bid on the project, the client requests that the content they have prepared be included as part of the development, we would be happy to include that.
